What we collect

Account information (name, email), the business records your organization enters (clients, jobs, candidates, timesheets, invoices), and, for workers using the time-clock app, GPS coordinates captured only at the moment of a clock-in or clock-out punch.

How it's used

Solely to operate the Service for your organization. Data is strictly separated per organization. AI features process your records to produce results for your organization only; your data is not used to train AI models.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe; Stavrix never stores card numbers.

Worker location

Location is recorded only at punch time, never tracked continuously, and is visible only to your agency's authorized payroll and admin staff.

Retention & export

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can export everything at any time, free. Upon account deletion, data is removed from production systems within 30 days.
