Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Stavrix (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Stavrix platform and website.

Information we collect

We collect: (1) account and contact information you provide when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us; (2) the data you enter into the platform to run your agency (which may include candidate and client information); and (3) standard technical and usage data, such as log and device information, collected automatically.

How we use information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve the Service, to communicate with you about your account and the Service, and to respond to your requests. We process the data you enter into the platform on your behalf, to deliver the Service to you.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as cloud hosting and email delivery) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. If you enter customer or candidate data into the platform, you are the controller of that data and responsible for your own privacy obligations to those individuals.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and automatic backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information. See our Security page for details.

Data retention & your choices

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can access, export, or request deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
