Stavrix ("the Service") is a software platform for staffing agencies, provided on a subscription basis. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed per user, per month, month-to-month. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, minimum terms, implementation fees, or data-export fees.

Your data

All records you enter into Stavrix belong to your organization. You may export your data at any time, free of charge, including after cancellation. We do not sell your data.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable employment, payroll, and privacy laws, and not to attempt to disrupt the Service or access other organizations' data.

Service & liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stavrix's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. Stavrix is a software tool and does not provide legal, tax, or payroll-compliance advice.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app at least 30 days in advance. Questions: contact your account owner or write to us via stavrix.com.
