Role-based access, enforced on the server
Owner, Admin, Payroll, Biz-Dev, Recruiter, and Compliance each see only what their role should. Money data — bill rates, margins, invoices — is stripped server-side for roles that shouldn't see it, not just hidden in the UI. Every user can be forced to sign out instantly if a laptop goes missing or someone leaves.
Encrypted, managed infrastructure
Stavrix runs on modern managed cloud infrastructure (Vercel + a managed Postgres database) with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest on the database. Authentication uses signed, expiring sessions with per-user revocation.
Automatic backups
Your database is backed up automatically on a recurring schedule, so an accidental deletion or bad import is recoverable — you're not one mistake away from losing your pipeline.
Credential & compliance controls
For regulated placements, Stavrix tracks credentials and expiry dates and can block a submittal or placement when a required license is missing or expired. Overrides are possible but permanently logged for auditors. Placed-worker safety performance (TRIR/DART, badge pass, credential verification) is tracked against a defined standard.
